HOODLUM MINIS (AGES 2-5)
Saturdays’s with our minis are a fantastic activity for the whole family. It’s a great way to burn off that weekend morning energy! We encourage our families to enrol their minis, helping them to develop their self-confidence, self-control, motor and listening skills.
Although its not required, we welcome parents and older siblings to join us on the mats and participate with different games and activities.

HOODLUMS (AGES 6-11)
Hood Rich Jiu Jitsu offers a structured environment for children to learn and have fun. We encourage our youth to become comfortable with a competitive team environment, where they are able to develop confidence training as an individual, and also practice their sportsmanship.
Kids of all abilities receive personalized instruction, whether they are preparing for competition or simply looking for a place to make friends and exercise. Every student is recognized and appreciated for their contribution to our team.
HOODLUM TEENS (AGES 11-18)
Martial arts can be a wonderful tool in a young person's development, one that will stay with them the rest of their lives. Our Hoodlum’s Teens class focuses on more in-depth jiu jitsu technique and live sparring. All of our students are taught strong fundamentals. Advanced students develop a more complex understanding of technique, and are encouraged to take a more disciplined approach to training.
ADULT NO GI
Our NO GI program is designed for students to train alternatively with-out the kimono. In this class we share modern techniques, basic principles and concepts for a foundational and or advanced understanding of NO GI.
ADULT GI
Our GI program caters to both the beginner student, as well as the advanced. Our classes always incorporate foundational techniques, while continuously introducing new high-level material to keep the game fresh. We focus on the finer details of each technique, and support students to develop their own unique strategy.
OPEN MAT
Simply put, open mat is the ideal time for students to get extra training on the mat, either practicing technique or sparring with a training partner.
